Compensation
Base salary $95,000 - $110,000. Stock options for every employee; $400 office stipend; flexible work week; health insurance contribution (if in the US); maternity/paternity leave; student loan debt assistance; Pledge 1% time off during the year for helping nonprofits; Children's 529 college fund assistance (if in the US).
