Our compensation bands are benchmarked against all SF Bay Area technology companies, refreshed annually and designed to give employees room to grow over time. Our compensation bands are tied to a leveling framework that provides clarity of expectations in each role. We run two merit cycles a year for non-quota carrying employees, typically at the end of Q1 and Q3, following a performance review cycle. Employees with at least 2 months tenure before the start of the merit cycle are eligible to participate. Quota carrying employees participate in one cycle per year.
