Compensation
Base pay starting from $35 USD per teaching hour. Non-teaching fee $16-20/hour for preparation and after-class services (grading, replying to parent messages, providing feedback). Performance-based student retention bonus. Additional compensation for lesson planning, training, and teacher development may apply.
