Work setup
full-time · Remote (Work from home). Expected to work 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night (since U.S clients); work in EST time zone when required for event/podcast recordings, social media promotions, and guest outreach (conditions apply).
Compensation
Starting from 70,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). Eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months (conditions apply). Benefits include flexible hours (conditions apply), WFH, EPF/ETF as per Sri Lankan labor law, paid leave, selected professional training & certification programs, and annual rewards based on performance and role.
