Work setup
part-time · Fully remote position. Candidates may reside anywhere in New England (preference for Massachusetts-based applicants). Travel to Massachusetts-based programs and events approximately 10–12 times annually is required.
Compensation
Salary range $70,000–$80,000 annually. $300/month Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) for medical/insurance-related expenses. 401(k) plan. 15 days PTO annually for first three years (increases to 20 days thereafter). 14 holidays/year (inclusive of 5 floating holidays). $750 annually reimbursement for home office expenses.
