part-time or full-time employee (as candidate preference) · Remote. Work is typically in the later afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with schedule flexibility coordinated with families and the team.
Compensation
Full-time salaried: $70,000-$90,000 based on previous experience and education. Part-time: $60-90 per billable hour with a prep-time rate for non-billable work. Up to 5% match 401(k) (eligible employees), health insurance stipend (full-time), paid professional memberships, travel stipend for college visits and conferences, and 3 weeks PTO (full-time).
