Compensation
INR 900,000 per annum total compensation; Year 1 Fixed Cost INR 700,000 per annum. Assured Bonus INR 100,000 after completion of 1 year based on performance. Joining Bonus INR 100,000 in first month's salary (recoverable if SLP leaves within 1st year of service / non confirmation due to performance issues). Year 2 moves to Sales Incentives plan of the respective LOB.
