full-time · Work arrangement: Remote. However, candidate expectations include willingness to work from any location and comfortable for regular business travelling within the Zone/Region assigned.
Compensation
INR 900,000 per annum. Year 1 fixed cost INR 700,000 per annum, Assured Bonus INR 1,00,000 post completion of 1 year based on performance, Joining Bonus INR 1,00,000 in first month's salary (recoverable if SLP leaves within 1st year / non-confirmation due to performance). Year 2: move to Sales Incentives plan of the respective LOB.
